Terms of Purchase

The seller is Putnička agencija Blend With Locals d.o.o. (details above). The buyer is anyone who books an experience on this website ("guest"). Each experience is a service: a guided tour or activity on a specific date, led by our local hosts.

Choose an experience, a date and the number of participants, then enter your details and accept these terms by ticking the checkbox before you confirm. Before paying, you see everything you are charged for: the experience, the number of participants, the price including PDV (VAT) and the total.

A booking paid by card is made once the payment is approved. A booking paid in person is made when we confirm it. Either way you receive a confirmation email with your booking code.

If an experience has no open dates, you can send a date request instead. We contact you within 24 hours to agree on a date, and nothing is charged until the date is confirmed.

All prices are in convertible marks (KM / BAM) and include 17% PDV (VAT) and all other fees. There are no delivery or booking fees. Prices shown in euro are for information only. Prices are per person or per group, as stated for each experience. The price shown when you confirm the booking applies.

You can pay online with Mastercard®, Maestro® or Visa cards. Card payments are processed by Monri Payments on its secure payment page; we never see or store your card number. The amount is charged in KM when you confirm the booking.

Where offered, you can instead pay in person, in cash, on the day of the experience.

All payments will be effected in the local currency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the convertible mark (BAM / KM). The charged amount on your credit card account is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations.

Nothing is shipped, so there are no delivery costs. The experience takes place on the booked date and time, starting at the meeting point shown on the experience page and in your confirmation email. For experiences with hotel pickup, we collect you from your accommodation in Sarajevo. Please arrive on time; if you do not arrive, the booking counts as a no-show.

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the experience starts, and receive a full refund. For cancellations less than 24 hours before the start, and for no-shows, the price is not refunded.

To cancel, email blendwithlocals@gmail.com (or reply to your confirmation email) with your booking code.

We may cancel an experience, for example because of weather, safety, too few participants or other circumstances beyond our control. In that case you receive a full refund, or, if you prefer, a new date at no extra cost.

Refunds of card payments are made only to the card used for the payment, through Monri Payments. We start the refund within 3 working days of the cancellation; depending on your bank, the money appears on your account within 5–10 working days. Bookings that were to be paid in person and have not been paid need no refund.

If something was not as described, please tell us by email at blendwithlocals@gmail.com within 8 days after the experience, with your booking code and a description of the problem. We reply within 8 days of receiving your complaint. If the complaint is justified, we refund the price in full or in part, in the same way as described under Refunds.

We may update these terms; the version published when you made the booking applies to it. These terms are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and your rights as a consumer under them are not affected. We try to resolve any dispute amicably; otherwise the competent court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction.
