Privacy Statement

We are committed to provide service of protection of our customer's personal data in a way that we collect only essential basic information about our buyers that are necessary for fulfilling our obligations. We also inform our customers about the way we collect information and regularly give customers an option about how their information will be used, including the possibility to decide whether their name should be included or omitted from the lists used for marketing campaigns.

All user information is strictly guarded and are available only to the employees who need that information for completing the job.

All our employees and business partners are responsible to follow the principles of confidentiality protection.

Bookings: your name, email, phone number (and whether you use WhatsApp), and, if you give them, your pickup address, dietary needs and notes. We use them to carry out your booking and to contact you about it.

Account: your name, email, optional phone number and a securely hashed password, so you can see your bookings.

Reviews: after your experience we may email you a feedback form. Your review is published on the website only if you agree to that when you send it.

Card payments: card details are entered only on the secure payment page of Monri Payments. We never receive or store card numbers.

We send newsletters only to people who subscribe to them. Booking emails never subscribe you. You can decline marketing at any time: every newsletter has a one-click unsubscribe link, or just email us.

We do not sell your personal data and do not disclose it to third parties for their own marketing or other use.

If you join the Blend With Locals Club, we store your email address, your language and the date you signed up, and use them only to send you occasional emails about new experiences and stories, usually no more than once a month. To send newsletters we may use an email service (such as Brevo or Mailchimp) that handles your address on our behalf and only for this purpose.

Monri Payments d.o.o. (card payments), Google (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting) and Neon (database hosting). They process data only on our behalf, to provide these services.

Booking records are kept as long as the law requires for accounting and tax purposes. Accounts are kept until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe (we keep a record of the unsubscribe so you are not added back by mistake) or ask us to delete them.

We use only cookies the website needs to work: to keep you logged in and to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can object to its use for marketing at any time. Email us at blendwithlocals@gmail.com.
